MON / Kaitilin Spirit 

MON is a space for women to reconnect with themselves, the wisdom of nature, and the cycles of the Moon. The name MON means world in Catalan and also comes from my birth name, Mónica, reflecting the bridge between my personal journey and my vision of creating a space where women can feel connected to themselves, each other, and the living world. My spiritual name is Kaitilin, a name that represents the path of transformation and inner wisdom that inspires my work.

Through women's circles, New Moon and Full Moon ceremonies, and spiritual workshops rooted in shamanism, astrology, witchcraft, and sacred feminine wisdom, I offer a nurturing environment for self-discovery, healing, and authentic connection. Each gathering invites participants to slow down, listen inward, and experience the transformative power of ritual, community, and embodiment.

As a singer, songwriter, voice coach, and practitioner trained in Voice & Movement Integration and somatic practices, I weave breathwork, vocal expression, chanting, mindful movement, meditation, and creative rituals into every gathering. My intention is to help women reconnect with their authentic voice, awaken their intuition, and feel more at home in their bodies.

Originally from Spain and based in the Netherlands for over 20 years, I bring together artistic expression, spirituality, and embodied practices. In my daily life, I am also a homeschooling mother of two daughters, a journey that continually deepens my trust in intuition, creativity, and living in harmony with nature's rhythms. Ceremonies and workshops are offered in English, Spanish or Dutch, depending on the language of the group.
